Work moves while your team sleeps.

Our thesis

Most software problems are not engineering problems. They are clarity problems.

A dense tangle of threads resolving into one clean, bright line

Nearly every company is about to rebuild the software it runs on. AI changed both what is possible and what it costs, and the backlog that was unaffordable in 2023 is now a quarter's work.

The teams that win this won't be the ones with the most engineers. They'll be the ones who can decide quickly, build in small verifiable steps, and change direction without starting over.

That's the studio we built.

Ways to work with us

Three engagement models. One team behind all of them.

Pick the shape that fits where you are. You can move between them as the work changes — that flexibility is the point, not a concession.

01

Project Engagement

A defined outcome, a fixed shape.

You know what needs to exist. We scope it, price it, build it and hand it over — with a named team, a public backlog and weekly demos you can actually use.

Best for
A launch, a rebuild, or a product with a deadline attached.
How it starts
Two-week paid discovery, then a fixed scope and schedule.
02

Team Augmentation

Senior people, inside your process.

Designers and engineers who join your standups, your repo and your review process. No account manager in the middle, no hand-off overhead, no ramp-up tax.

Best for
An in-house team that is one or two specialists short of its roadmap.
How it starts
Profiles within a week, first commit in the second.
03

Strategic Partnership

We own a slice of the roadmap.

A standing team that carries product areas over years — accountable for outcomes, not tickets. We keep the context so your roadmap doesn't restart every time someone leaves.

Best for
Companies treating software as the business, not a project.
How it starts
A quarterly plan and a shared set of success metrics.

Not sure which fits? Book a 30-minute scoping call and we’ll tell you straight — including if it isn’t us.

What we do

Six disciplines. One accountable team.

We don’t hand your project between agencies for design, build and infrastructure. The same team carries it from the first sketch to the production pager.

Why CreativeHub

Senior. Flexible. Awake.

Four claims we can be held to — not adjectives.

Senior people, not a pyramid.

Most agencies win the pitch with principals and staff the work with juniors. Our team is senior by default, and the people in the scoping call are the people in the repository.

AI where it compounds. Humans where it counts.

We use AI to delete the slow parts — scaffolding, migration, test coverage, documentation. Architecture, product judgement and the decision about what not to build stay with people who are accountable for them.

You pay for what you use.

Pay-as-you-go, scaled up or down at your pace. No minimum term, no retainer you have to justify to finance, no penalty for pausing when priorities move.

Four time zones, one team.

San Francisco, Colombo, Bengaluru and Melbourne run as a single studio with shared standards and one backlog. Handover happens inside the team, so work continues after your day ends.

How we work

Four stages, and what you actually hold at the end of each.

No stage ends in a status report. Each one ends in an artefact you can read, click or deploy.

01Week 1–2

Scope

We pressure-test the goal before we price the work: who it's for, what it replaces, what has to be true for it to pay off. You leave with a written scope, an architecture direction and a real number.

You get

Scope document, architecture direction, fixed estimate

02Week 2–5

Design

The core journey, prototyped at high fidelity and put in front of real users before production code exists. Cheaper to change a screen now than a schema later.

You get

Clickable prototype, design system, validated flows

03Ongoing

Build

Two-week increments against a backlog you can see. Every sprint ends in something you can click, not a status report. Continuous deployment from the first week.

You get

Working software every two weeks, in your environment

04Post-launch

Run

Monitoring, incident response and a roadmap that keeps moving. Or a clean handover with documentation your team can actually operate from — your call, decided upfront.

You get

Runbooks, observability, handover or ongoing support

The stack

Chosen per problem. Never per habit.

We’ll use a no-code tool when it gets you to market a quarter earlier, and write it properly when the tool becomes the ceiling. Knowing which is which is most of the job.

Questions

The things people ask before signing.

How quickly can you start?

Scoping calls happen within a few days. For team augmentation we can usually put profiles in front of you inside a week. For a project engagement, discovery starts once scope is agreed — typically two to three weeks from first contact.

What does pay-as-you-go actually mean?

You're billed for the capacity you use, and you can scale it up or down between sprints. There's no minimum term and no penalty for pausing. It exists because roadmaps change and we'd rather you stay for the right reason.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do — outright, from the first commit, including the repository, infrastructure definitions and design files. We don't build on a proprietary platform you'd have to license back from us.

Do you work with in-house engineering teams?

Constantly. Team augmentation exists for exactly that: our people work inside your repo, your standups and your review process, to your standards rather than ours.

How do you use AI in delivery?

To remove the slow, mechanical work — scaffolding, migrations, test coverage, documentation — and to build AI capability into your product where it earns its place. Architecture and product judgement stay with senior people who are accountable for them.

What happens when the engagement ends?

You get a documented handover: runbooks, architecture notes, credentials and a walkthrough with whoever is taking over. We'd rather you be able to leave than feel stuck.
